Chicago 16 Inch Softball Hall of Fame Announces
Annual Plaque Unveiling Event July 21st
Hall of Fame has inducted more than 400 members since 1996
Forest Park, IL, July 21, 2013 – The Chicago 16 inch Softball Hall of Fame, a nonprofit, today announces the plaque unveiling event for over two dozen Chicago 16-inch Softball 2012 Hall of Fame Inductees at Inductee Park, located in Forest Park, IL. The plaques will reside on the walls of an adjacent museum which will officially open to the public in the summer of 2014. The new facility is being built by Topps Construction. A sneak peak tour of the museum will be available in part of the celebration held on July 21, 2013.
The agenda includes an 11 am unveiling of the 2012 inductee plaques; Noon ball game between hall of famers and a 1:30 pm ball game between Chicago Police and Chicago Fire departments.
